Please try and check the following:
1. Go to iPhone settings.
2. Tap on “Notifications”
3. Tap on Medisafe
4. Check that the “Sound” toggle is turned on
5. Check your mute button is not selected on the side of your device
6. If all settings are correct, force reboot your device and you should get your notification sound
