How to save your data!
While Medisafe can be used without creating an account, we highly recommend creating one to prevent the loss of your information.
If an account is not created, you will not be able to transfer your history from one device to another if you get a new phone or delete the app. To ensure you always have access to your data and history, please create an account with an email address and password.
To create an account:
- Open Medisafe and tap on your profile icon on the top left corner to open the side menu
- Tap on the icon again to Edit Profile
- Tap on ‘Sign Up’ on the bottom of the next screen then add your email address and a password
- Once you tap on ‘Save’ you will get a confirmation screen. Check your email inbox and use the link or manually enter the code into the app to confirm your account.
